A 17-question proprietary assessment

Is this a red flag,
or is it just me?

The Reflection Method is a framework for reading the patterns in someone you're dating — the pull-away after closeness, the story that keeps changing, the feeling of walking on eggshells. Seventeen calibrated questions — written for every kind of relationship.

Not therapy or diagnosis. This tool is for personal reflection only. It does not assess, label, or treat any mental-health condition and is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are in distress or concerned about your safety, please reach out to a qualified therapist or crisis service.

How your answers become a reading

Each question asks about an observable behavior or emotional pattern — how someone responds to closeness, conflict, or your boundaries. Your answers are weighted across three dimensions: narcissistic, avoidant, and healthy. The reading highlights where your scores cluster, so you can see the shape of a pattern rather than second-guess a feeling. It is a reflection framework, not a clinical test, and makes no diagnosis.
